A boutique winery founded by Ed Flaherty and Jen Hoover, Californians who settled in the Valle de Aconcagua in 1993. A post-colonial adobe manor house more than 100 years old that preserves its original architecture. It offers tours, tastings and lunches prepared by Chef Jen (by reservation).
